4. Cancellations & Refunds

Kindly note that cancelling an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a £30 charge or a loss of any prepaid appointment.

Prices for treatments are displayed on our website and in clinic.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Payment is due at the time of treatment, unless otherwise agreed.

Deposits may be required to secure certain bookings.

6. Medical Suitability & Results

Some treatments may not be suitable for all clients. A consultation will determine suitability.

It is your responsibility to provide full and accurate medical information before treatment.

Individual results may vary. We do not guarantee outcomes, as these depend on multiple factors outside our control.

Aftercare advice will be provided — following this is essential to achieve best results.

Skin Confidence Pro will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from use of this website or treatments received.

Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights or limits our responsibility for anything we are required by law to take responsibility for, including injury or death caused by our negligence.
